These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cczzz platform and all services offered through cczzz.one. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to use cczzz. Age verification is required during registration. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment method.
Each player may hold only one active cczzz account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or suspensions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.
All bonuses at cczzz are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These conditions are disclosed in full at the time of each bonus offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cczzz login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. cczzz will never request your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of technical errors, money laundering, and any activity intended to unfairly manipulate outcomes are strictly prohibited. cczzz reserves the right to void bets and terminate accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. cczzz operates under PAGCOR oversight. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cczzz platform available at cczzz.one (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including any policies, guidelines, and additional terms referenced herein, such as the cczzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cczzz regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
Continued Use: Your continued use of the cczzz platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context otherwise requires:
Use of the cczzz Platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. cczzz employs identity verification procedures to confirm player eligibility and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
Underage Access is Strictly Prohibited. Any Account found to be operated by, or on behalf of, a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds associated with such an Account will be returned to the verified payment source, and no winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be paid out. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
The cczzz Platform is intended solely for use by individuals physically present within the Republic of the Philippines. cczzz does not accept registrations from or offer services to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. Access from outside the Philippines does not constitute an offer or invitation to engage in gambling services in those jurisdictions.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a unique password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change. cczzz reserves the right to verify all registration details and to suspend or terminate Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Each person may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — for the purpose of circumventing bonuses, account restrictions, or suspensions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across all associated Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. cczzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to cczzz support immediately.
cczzz is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit supporting identity documentation — including a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) — prior to processing withdrawals or upon the Platform's request at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting cczzz support through the live chat facility available on the Platform. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion arrangements previously established by the Player.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cczzz will notify you at your registered contact details prior to this classification taking effect. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱50 per calendar month, applied only to any remaining Account balance, and only after prior written notice to the Player. cczzz will not charge a dormancy fee that results in a negative balance.
cczzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). cczzz does not impose currency conversion fees on peso-denominated transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. cczzz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cczzz bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. cczzz targets processing of all verified withdrawals within 15 minutes; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, pending KYC verification, or where additional fraud review is required. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with AML requirements.
Wagering Requirement Note: Withdrawals of funds deposited while an active Bonus is applied to your Account may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that Bonus. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your Wallet. Refer to Section 6 for full Bonus terms.
cczzz operates comprehensive fraud detection and AML monitoring systems. Transactions that trigger these systems may be subject to additional review and documentation requests. cczzz reserves the right to delay, reverse, or decline any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
cczzz offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Transparency Commitment: cczzz publishes the full terms of every bonus offer — including rollover multipliers, eligible games, minimum deposits, and expiry dates — at the point of offer. Players are strongly encouraged to read the specific terms of each bonus before claiming.
The cczzz game library — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, and specialty games such as Dragon Hatch, Mines Gold, and Bingo — is made available subject to technical availability, regulatory restrictions, and maintenance schedules. cczzz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game title or betting market.
All wagers are settled in accordance with the rules of the specific game or betting market, as published in the game information panel or the applicable sports betting rules. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of cczzz — or, for third-party game provider titles, the decision of the relevant provider as communicated to cczzz — shall be final and binding, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error affecting game play, cczzz reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings derived from, or contingent upon, a demonstrable technical malfunction are not payable. cczzz will investigate all reported malfunctions and communicate outcomes to affected Players within a reasonable timeframe.
Sports betting markets offered on the cczzz Platform — including PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, volleyball, and esports markets — are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to real-time change and cczzz does not guarantee the availability of specific odds for any period of time. Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets only.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cczzz Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of cczzz.
Third-party game titles, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used under licence. The display of third-party intellectual property on the Platform does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cczzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
cczzz's total cumulative liability to any Player, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cczzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cczzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players use the Platform at their own risk.
cczzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notification through the Platform's on-site messaging system or to the Player's registered contact details. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.
The revised Terms will be published at cczzz.one/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account as described in Section 4.3.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting cczzz customer support. cczzz will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above process.
